Shipping Policy

Overview

Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. within 1-3 business days after placing the order.

Depending on where you live in the USA, shipping usually takes 7 - 15 business days.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most of the items we sell are weight-based.

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping inside the US for all orders over $100 USD.

International Shipping

International Shipping is available, but all international orders must be made via email. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" option on our website or write an email directly to hq@libertygoodsusa.com.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information.

Risk of Loss

All purchases through the Services are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon Liberty Goods USA™´s delivery of such items to the shipping carrier. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
